End-User Training and Seminars

This refers to the training and lectures given to staff, tenants, and relevant personnel as to the identification of common urban pests and the best end-user practices for managing pests. The seminars are designed to be interactive and relatable so the endusers can identify and have a better understanding of pests and how lifestyle and environmental factors can be used to control their occurrence.

Our end-user training and seminar topics would include:

• PEST AWARENESS AND IDENTIFICATION

  This covers the basic characteristics of urban pests, their behaviour, and how end-users can lessen their occurrence.

• BEST SANITATION PRACTICES FOR BETTER PEST MANAGEMENT

  In line with the Pest Awareness and Identification, this goes in depth on how environmental factors affect pest behaviour and what can be done to lessen their occurrence. This also includes a brief overview of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points or HACCP and it’s importance
